Section 1. The purpose and objectives of the Northwest Johnson County Republicans PAC shall be:

(a) To support the Constitution and laws of the United States of America and the Constitution and laws of the state of Kansas to the end that government shall truly in fact be a “government of the people, by the people, and for the people.”

(b) To support and encourage the development of a Republican Party in the state of Kansas and the United States of America that reflects the time-honored principles of limited government, fiscal responsibility, low taxes, traditional values, respect for life, law and order, clean government, personal responsibility, a strong national defense, and patriotism.

(c) To work to ensure that the principles reflected in Section 1 (b) are adhered to at all levels of government.

(d) To establish a grassroots network of Republicans that seek promoteto the principles reflected in Section 1 (b) within northwest Johnson County, Kansas, which shall include but not be limited to the cities of Shawnee, Lenexa, Merriam, De Soto, and Lake Quivira.

(e) To recruit and support candidates for Republican Precinct Committeeman and Committeewoman within northwest Johnson County, Kansas who support the principles reflected under Section 1 (b).

(f) To recruit and support candidates for local government within northwest Johnson County, Kansas who support the principles under Section 1 (b). Local government includes local public school and college boards, city councils, and county government.

(g) To recruit and support Republican candidates for the Kansas House and Senate running for districts within northwest Johnson County, Kansas who support the principles reflected under Section 1 (b).

(h) To support Republican candidates for statewide office in Kansas who support the principles reflected under Section 1 (b).

(i) To support Republican candidates for federal office from the State of Kansas who support the principles reflected under Section 1 (b).
